I wanted to show you these pictures I took near our house the other day while Chris and I were on a bike ride.We have this 10k loop that we do every once in awhile and every time I’m on it I always think to myself “Self, you know who might appreciate this beautiful rural landscape?My blog buddies, of course.”.

Then, I realize I forgot my camera, again..So this time I got my act together to show you.

Plus, I can never resist a good cornfield picture.. About halfway through our loop, we always stop at this bridge that’s been closed to cars for a number of years now.

This road isn’t used much any more, so it’s more just a wide gravel path..It’s just the look I was hoping for!
